We have several ways we can handle household and junk removal. You can rent out the dump trailer and have it for up to 2 days to load it up yourself or we can load up your items. We can also do custom quotes to fit your needs. Say you have a smaller load we can work with you to adjust the pricing (if possible).
Downsizing
A unique service we offer is helping people transition into smaller housing or assisted living situations. We can come and remove items still in great shape and instead of them going to the dump we work to find good homes where those items will still be loved.
The dump trailer with the side extensions will hold 12.5 Cubic Yards of “junk”.
We come to you to till and prep your garden or other space for planting. We have a 40 horse small utility tractor and run a 5 foot tiller. The tiller is forward spinning.
If the ground has never been tilled it will require at least two passes to get down to the right depth. First pass will be at 3″ and the second pass will be at 6″. We can also do a third pass going perpendicular to the first two passes.
We also have a 3-point attachment that will hill your garden after we are done tilling. The hiller can also lay 3-foot plastic mulch and drip tape at the same time.
Sub Soiler
The Sub Soiler breaks up the ground deep down between 6 inches to 16 inches. This is great tool to aerate pastures, break up hard pack and give you ground a good start by renewing the microbes in the ground.
Furrower
The Furrower (a.k.a. middle buster) is like a small plow and in that it turns over the to 6 – 8 inches of ground. It also throws the dirt to both sides instead of one side like a plow. It is also referred to as a Potato plow.
Again like everything we do, we can work to meet your needs.
We come to you to mow your pasture, trail, or ditches. We have a 40 horse small utility tractor and run a 57″ offset ditch bank flail mower. This means we can get under most fences as we can move the mower right and left. We can also change the angle of the mower to match ditches and banks.
A flail mower is different in that it typically give a much cleaner cut than a brush mower. However a flail mower can’t cut down small trees that are over 1.5″ in diameter.
Before mowing I need to know that there are no large rocks, trees, brush or wood where I will be mowing.
Mowing speed is between 1 – 3mph. It depends on the height of the material. Taller grass and weeds mean I have to go slower or make more passes to get it mowed. Also the complexity of the site. For example mowing a fence line will be slower as I need to move the mower in and out to go around posts.
Finally depending on the time of year some grasses and weeds when the get really tall and dry will not mow up as well. It will strip off the leaves and smaller branches, but the stem will still stay mostly intact.
We have several pieces of equipment available to rent. You can rent by the day, week, or weekend.
Do you need some work done on your property such as moving dirt, laying down gravel, filling in holes, or picking up brush? We have several tools we can bring with the tractor to accomplish a lot of jobs.

We can haul just about anything that will fit in our dump trailer. As long as it does not exceed the weight we can safely haul and does not exceed our size or capacity limits.
Some examples are; dirt, gravel, rocks, lumber, furniture, small equipment, hay bales and sand.
Click here to see how much different materials weigh per cubic yard. The max weight I will put in the trailer will be about 6 tons. In most material if it is dry that will get between 4 – 5 cubic yards.

Yes we can. So for example lets say you need dirt added to a spot on your property. We will bring the tractor and equipment we need. We will also haul in the dirt. Depending on the complexity and how many loads of dirt would be needed will determine the price.
I am sorry, but for liability and insurance reasons we do not rent out our tractor. Our tractor services include the time of an operator with over 40 years experience operating a tractor.
I am sorry, but we do not. Due to the size and weight of the tiller it is not easy to load and subsequently unload the tiller if it is not attached to a tractor.
